Having trouble finding Marriage and Divorce records

Before my grandmother married my grandfather she was married and divorced once. I am going back and doing the research, but it is very difficult to try to find the records on microfilm. I think the records are in Houston, so this seems like a huge search. She is 92 years old and cannot remember, I have asked relatives and they cannot recall either.

Before she married my grandfather she married a Marion Leago
Her maiden name was Rosalie Provenzano

I think she was listed as either Rosalie or Rose Leago when she married my grandfather.

What is the best way to go about finding these records? I found the record where she married my grand father, but I cannot find the record for this first marriage.

What should I do? Is there anyone I can hire to find the record here in Houston?

Yep, Houston is in Harris county. I went to the courthouse to search microfilms. I've had no luck doing this so far.
