My husband was a partisan. He was captured by the facists on 31 October 1944 and handed over to the Germans. He was in a concentration camp in Germany until released by the US Army.

Ok got it. Go to www.CIA.gov and when homepage comes up click on the far right of the heasding where ity says SEARCH. Click Search and then when the page appears type in Italian Partisans World War II. Let me know if it works out. Peter

There is going to be a conference of former Italian and German POW who were interned in the USA during Worl War II. There may be former soldiers of these nations who have \"other side\" information about Italian Partisans during the war. Peter

yes since they were the soldiers who put them in concentration camps after they captured the partisans...another perspective. Peter

I suggest reading a copy of the newsletter www.gentracer.com/newsletter.html concerning the POW conferenceas well as www.traces.org concerning a Professor Luick Thrams who recently relocated back to Iowa from Univ.of Berlin. Apparently he has a larger vision of this topic. This may or may not be of intrest to you but like chicken soup it cannot do you any harm. Peter
