A fax ?

Hello everybody,

i receive this morning a letter from a council house in Italy and they told me that in order to an anwser to my genealogical research I have to send them my letter by fax ?
By me i 've no fax.Is someone could help me?

show us the letter...if they said abt the fax, you perhaps sended by fax... but you don't have the fax.. maybe they want to say by email... I don't know..show us the letter... regards, suanj

No, it's writtren "by fax".
I wrote by the post (they don answered me) and the e-mail, and they told me by fax with a fax number
