English is a second language in Italy and is taught in the schools. You can write a letter, preferably one letter to all 9 in very simple english. I mean SIMPLE SENTENCES. Like My name is...... I am son, daughter granddaughter of..... I want to find, to know.... Like that or you could go to the nearest high school or college where Italian is taught and ask the teacher to write one letter and yoiu can make copies and mail it to each of the 9 persons and include a self addressed envelkope with a dollar inside for stamps. Kate,
Try using www.systranbox.com/systran/box It is a free translation site. You can type your message in English and then cut and paste it into your e-mail or word processor.
