When you say \"anything\" you make it difficult to know where to start. I suggest for starters that you read the home page of this website on genealogy and that you go to the library or Barnes & Noble and purchase Italian Genealogy Records by Traffor R. Cole. Int eh interim I would go to www.genealogylookups.com/narchives.htm in order to file form 81 passenger arrivals records since this may give you biographical data when they entered the USA. If yopu go to the nearfest Family History Library you could request NARA Microfilm#T-618-16 which is equivalent to FHL# microfilm1412589. Next you can also request the microfilm for Piacenza and trace your family from the civil records of birth,marriages and deaths in Piacenza for your family since you know the Paolo Pasquale Pareti name (Paul Pascal Pareti) you can work backwards particvularly if you know his date of biurth.
