Can't upload my image

I have some documents from the LDS microfilm and I need help with translating one of them. When I try to upload it gives me an error - it's a TIFF file. I save it back as a JPEG and still can't upload.

Any suggestions.

With tiff files, I have noticed, you cannot just change the file extension. You have to open the image in a graphic software, resize it, then, save as filename.jpg. Hope this helps.
