Looking for information about Giuseppe Zinna, born aproximately 1870, who came to Ellis Island from Caltagerone in 1903. Also: wife Natilie Monfrini/Manfrini, son Letterio Zinna.
Looking for information about Giuseppe Bianco, from Piaggine.

You can only request civil records after 1803 (plus/minus) from Caltagirone and Piaggine. Prior to that go to churches. Peter

About Giuseppe Bianco: could I contact the government of Piaggine (I know they have a website), and might they have records pertaining to the Bianco family? If so, one problem: I dont speak Italian.
