The closest I can come is Costano and Costanegrasca. Is there a region or a province that is connected with this town? Peter

From what I'm told the costenaros are from Northern Italy, but I have no other information.

Thedre are 192 Costanero surnamed persons in Italy. 180 reside in Northern Italy. The other 12 are scattered in the North central area of Italy. So yes is the naswer to your question. Peter
