The document can be seen at:

Also, if any one can help to translate it, I would be most grateful. I have only been able to translate parts of it, using a free translation website.
It relates to my great, great grandfather Abramo Cesaro.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the translation.
Thanks for the translation norbertogallo, that's great.
It's Londra, not Zambia. It was amongst some other papers relating to my great, great granfather's naturalization.
What would the next step be? I've got all I can this end, naturalization, marriage certificate etc.
Should I write to the civil office in Tramonti, to request the marriage certificate of Abramo's parents?
Any advice is welcome.

Tramonti is a town of the ancient 'Principato Citeriore', so there you can find civil records starting from first 1800s.
You don't know when they was married, so you can't ask for a marriage certificate without this date, otherwise your request will probably never be replied to.
From this birth certificate you know the name of Abramo's parents; you can ask for the 'estratto di nascita' that is the transcription of the act registered in the civil office, where you can find their age too.
Asking this estratto indicate the act number (act N.206 part I series 2, birth register of the year 1871).
From this data you can ask for their birth certificate and so go on.
To ask for certificates in Italy you have to write your request in italian, better sending a self addressed empty mail; don't send money and remember neither specify more that you are searching for your ancestors.
Finally, remember that italian employees aren't obliged to answer to a mail.
You can write an email to this address asking for clarifications about the preferred procedures: anagrafetramonti@tin.it
