Assessore anziano ut supra this means that the words "assessore anziano" must be added in the document after the sign , namely in the forth line of the firs page, after the word "notaio".

In the same way, you have to add the words "del codice civile" after the word "centotrentadue" in the second page, twelve line (there is a question mark, there)

The last sentence, before the signatures, reads:
Si approvano le due postille occorse nel presente [the 2 maginal notes are approved]
