i m not sure wath it means - l affiliato da citadino italiano-
from wich grade? i have italian bacground from my father(his grand-parents)
so it would be 3th grade(?) i m affiliate with italian background but i dunno if they considerate it since they r only my father s grand-parents.
well if not, i guess i m gonna have to spend 10 whole years in italia.
by the way, in the 10 years (or 7 yrs) that we have to spend to get the citizen, can we go outside the country??

It means the adoptee of an Italian citizen:

The ten-year requirement may be reduced:
to three years if the applicant’s ancestors were Italian by birth (up to the second degree) and in case of foreign nationals born in Italy;
to four years if the applicant is a national of a EU country;
to five years if the applicant is stateless or a refugee, or he/she is over 18 years of age when he is adopted by an Italian national;
to seven years for the adoptee of an Italian national;
no residence requirement is necessary if the applicant has been employed abroad by the Italian Government for at least five years.
