translation of Latin Marriage document

Hi everybody!, I need help translating a birth certificate from the Allegati records, the problem is that the document is really light and is also in Latin.
thanks again for all the help, as much as it can be translated it would be greatly appreciated, thanks and for those in Canada happy thanksgiving day!!

The quality of the picture it's not good, so i probably misunderstood a few words.
