Sorry, but are you aware how much time that would involve to do a proper translation? That is quite a complicated document and not one where basic templates would be available to a translator.

I'm afraid I don't have time to do it for you at the moment. Maybe someone else can...

One important thing is that he was POW in Germany from Sept 8, 1943 to July 27, 1945 when he returned to Vicenza.
