My grandfather Abele Borean (Born May 7, 1890. Died February 15, 1972) was born in Bannia (Prov. Pordenone) and I would love to get some information on his parents and grandparents.
He married Genoveffa Gasparotto (Born August 20, 1896. Died August 9,1954) In believe she was born in the Comune di Gaiarine (Province of Treviso, Veneto Region) and I would also love to get information on her side of the family.
Can anyone help me or direct me to the proper person or site?
La Famiglia Borean
Re: La Famiglia Borean
The frazione or hamlet of Bannia is in the comune (town) of Fiume Veneto.

Did Abele and Genoveffa immigrate to the US. Do you have any idea when? Where? Names of siblings? Children? Any further info you can provide will help us direct you search better.

The Abele Borean I am seeking information about did not go to the United States nor did his wife Genoveffa Gasparotto.vj wrote:You could review your family’s records on microfilm.misbris wrote:The frazione or hamlet of Bannia is in the comune (town) of Fiume Veneto.
