Help finding Great Grandmothers roots

I have been searching for a while on the roots of my family. I found a lot of information on my great grandfather but cannot seem to find anything on his wife's family. Her name was Giovannina Michele. I know her fathers name was Rosario Michele and her mothers name was Maria Catalano. I found my Great granparents marriage certificate from New Orleans but havent been able to find anything else on her. Any help would be appreciated.

He was from Ustica. But im beginning to think he met her here in New Orleans. I believe she was born here in louisiana but not sure what parish. I found a Rosario Michell who died in East Baton Rouge Parish so that could possibly be a lead. i found this JENNIE MITCHELL BIVALACQUA of Orleans parish, who died in August, 1955. and Im waiting on some help finding what that says.

I know you said you saw the death record, but did you see this census record? It can't be the same person.

I do know thats her death records bc my mom recalled the named being spelled differently in the obit my grandfather had. I just never seen that obit and I have someone looking to see what it says. The record I seen on the Rosario Michell was just a guess.
