I want to get more info on mother's side of the family for a project.

On the supposition that you know the City,town or village of origin for your family in Italy you could write totht etown for documents free of charge.

The form letters are inItalian and send to UFFICIO DI STATO CIVILE at the address listed under MUNICVFIPIO of the town of origin. Go to www.nonsolocap.it and put in the name of the town and click CERCA and when the zip code name of town and province initials and region come up put your arrow right on the name of the town and click and up will come
