I am not sure you can expedite them. I brought my brother to my appointment, asked about my sister as well. I was told that ONE of us had to go first, then once approved, the others can apply referencing the already approved application number on file at the consulate. I was told that we all could not apply at the same time with the same document set. If we all wanted to apply at the same time, we would require 3 sets of originals was my understanding, as they can't prevent you from applying, but they can DELAY you, as in my case.

Oh, Los Angeles did tell me that my daughter and I could apply with one set of docs at least...

could be that they will process you first, then follow on with her request? I am not sure how the whole process works, not having completed it myself. :(
