Anna Bruno / Lombardo, Enna Sicily

Hello,
I am new to this site, so if anyone could direct me, I would appreciate it... I tried to find my family heritage in 1997 (too little to late) and gave up. I am so upset with myself for not asking the proper questions when my grandmother was still with us. Most if not all of my relatives know very little about my grandmothers side of the family.
I am having one heck of a time with my grandmother. I see so many Anna Bruno's and Lombardo's on Ancestry, but it seems none of them actually match the description of my grandmother. I am trying to find birth, marriage, & immigration records on her (pretty much anything) and the only thing I have found is the 1930 census & death record.

Middle name unknown
siblings unknown
born in 12/25/1903
died: 1996
lived in Enna Sicily
married to Phillip Lombardo married abt. 1924-25 in Enna Sicily
moved to New York (Chautauqua)
3 children (Leonard, Marion, Nancy)
she could not read or write

Have you seen the 1926 manifest that lists Anna Bruno (with Lombardo written over her name)?

DETAILS: (line 26)
SS Giuseppe Verdi sailing from Palermo
arriving New York 18 June 1926
Anna Bruno/Lombardo, 23, female, married, from Castrogiovanni, Italy
leaving behind her father, Mariano Bruno in Castrogiovanni
destination - Niagara Falls, New Jersey to husband (actually says "traveling with husband" but I don't see him on the manifest)

Are you using the scroll bar at the bottom to move left and right?

I posted it in thumbnail instead. Just click on it, and when it opens, click on it until you get the larger view. You may have to manuever around it using the scroll bars on the side and along the bottom of your screen.

Yes and No - I dont have to. This is really hard to explain. Like I said page 2 is perfect. The link works fine, but on page 1, both times you have sent it to me, I can only read "form 500 and the top half of #13" Once it starts stating "Manifest etc etc, I cant read it because it is almost like there is a piece of paper over it.
If I scroll left to right, top to bottom, it doesnt change anything.

I can almost bet this looks normal on your screen.
I'm sorry Tessa. It's just par for the course with the Bruno search LOL
(On the bright side, I think you gave my my GGF's name and a new city I can work with)

Filippo Lombardo on same ship as Anna Bruno but on separate page because he was a US citizen.
