O.K. I have studied this document for 3 days. I was able to determine:
30 Apr 1887, 9 o'clock (a.m. or p.m.) appeared Raffaele Tescione, 38, farmer, living in S.M., and Luigi Tescione, 38, farmer of S.M. at 2 o'clock (a.m. or p.m.) today in via Campania died Giovanna Scialla age???, residing and born in S.M. of Antonio, ?????, living in S.M., and Lucia Ianniello, ??????,
living in S.M.
Since I have not seen the nascita for this baby, I don't know how old she is. Can someone please fill in the blanks.

She was 7 months and 14 days.

I have an apparent duplication. The info on the morti for Giovanna clashes with the info on the nascita (below) for Anna.
Would you conclude that there were twins or that Anna"s name was changed to Giovanna?

Streets are different...

and when you found the nascita for Anna, if there was a twin, you would have noticed the other record adjacent to, or near her record.
It should certainly be there if these are two different births...since counting back from Giovanna's morti date (April 30, 1887) brings you to a date around Anna's birth (Sept. 16, 1886).

Since I didn't see a twin, is it reasonable to assume her name was changed? Also, how common was this?
I wish my ancestors would just cooperate, don't you? They continue to make my research very interesting.
