Vanacore, Gianni - Naples 1946

Starting from scratch and want to find Gianni Vanacore from Naples, or family. He was a young man, probably very early 20's, at the end of the war, and was repatriated to Italy after being interned in UK during the war. I have a photograph. Have tried people on this site purporting to know about Vanacores but have had no response. Any help welcomed.
