Hey all I am trying to obtain as much info about my greatgrandfather and his father. His father is from a small town called Roccadaspide in the Campania region. I have searched the white pages and found about 10 people still living there with the same last name. A few months ago my grandmother visited and was told by a local waitress that there was a woman there that may be related as the info sounded familiar. She did not pursue the lead as she had to return to Rome quickly for her flight. I was wondering if there was a way to access the town birth records via internet or did it all need to be by mail???Also are letters to the people with the same last name a good idea or no??? Any help with this would be great.
Thanks
Chris

Re: Acito
Thank you for the quick replies, I will be sending the letters this week, I have read that sending postal coupons is a good idea, is this true??Also what part of Italia are you from suanj???
Re: Acito
For my experience is not important sending postal coupons.. normally the Commons request not it... only the Archivies request expenses for photocopy birth act from original registry and for sending... the Commons not... I live in Molise region/Italia...Chaos7002 wrote:Thank you for the quick replies, I will be sending the letters this week, I have read that sending postal coupons is a good idea, is this true??Also what part of Italia are you from suanj???
