I am searching for information on my Great-Great grandmother Giuseppeanna Nicola who could have been born into the Bettas-Valet family. Or was she a Molinaro or Molinari?? becaue my great-grandmother had a sister with the last name of Molinaro or Molinari. (The italian keeping your maiden name idea is confusing me.) She had my great-grandmother in 1891 and on my great-grandmothers New York passenger list she lists her closet next of kin as Giuseppe Bettas-Valet. But my great-grandmother also had a sister was Molinaro or Molinari all of these people were from Rocco Canavese, TO. The family history search has some and they all seem to be from the area but I cannot piece this puzzle together. Any help greatly appreciated.
