Salle, Pescara - help understanding town website?

Good morning, everyone!

Oh my gosh, this is so exciting -- today, I found the official website for the town from which my grandmother's parents came.... And sure enough, one of the town officials shares her last name!

I'd really like to write to them to request copies of her parent's (my great-grandfather and great-grandmother's) birth and marriage certificate. Unfortunately, my two years of high school Italian are letting me down. I was hoping, is there anyone on this board who could help decipher to whom I could address my request?

As I'm looking to get three separate documents, do you think it's best if I send three separate letters, or one? I don't want to seem presumptuous and overburden the records keeper, but I also feel like it might get tedious for them to continue to receive requests from me.
