There are microfilmed records for the town of Caseldaccia and, if she was born there, her birth record would be in part two of the year you think she might have been born. The record would be totally handwritten with perhaps her name in the margin. Her name would be one which was invented by the town official and probably a surname which no one else in the town would have.

Go to where it says search records and then to library catalog in the drop down box under that. Then do a place search and put in the town name in the top box and Italy in the bottom box. Click on town name on next screen and then on civil registration on the screen after that. Then click on view film notes and you will see what microfilmed records are available for your town.
