Polish or Ukraine Veryu Important -- Help needed!!!!

Hello! I usually post questions about my Italian heritage, but I'm helping some people out....
I don't think I'll get any responses but I'll give it a shot!

There are Polish relatives in my family that recieved papers back from June 2003 from Poland or Ukraine.....These look like very important papers from the government or town hall of the town. I THINK they are from 1909 but they are legible too. Can anyone transcribe them if I scan them? They are really important and I think that it states that they own a whole bunch of land back in their home country!
