Help! Siracusa Sicily - Madalena DiSanto birth place??

If anybody could help, that would be awesome!

My great grandmothers name is Madalena DiSanto, she was born around 1890/1891. Her father's name was Rosario Disanto and mother's name was Vita Brullo.

I am trying to figure out the comune in Siracusa, or the province she was possibly born in and before I mail out birth certificate requests, I'm desperately trying to narrow down the location a little bit.

I've also seen her name spelled Madelena and Madelina....

Her americanized name was Mary and Maria. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Her name on her marriage certificate was Madelena Disanto from 1909 in Massachusetts.

all arrows are pointing to this being my family. It would make sense since my ggma (Maddalena) married my ggrandfather (Paolo) in Lawrence Massachusetts in 1909. They lived together at 277 Common according to the census and marriage certificate.

Buccheri seems like it is the place where my ggma was born then. Thanks for pulling this.

She was joining her uncle Brullo Francesco in Lawrence MA - 92 Common Street.

I think we are related. I have a Maria Maddelena Disanto married to Paolo Messina. Father was Rosario and Mother was Vita Brullo.
Maria Maddelena had at least seven brothers and sisters of which one was Sebastiana Disanto. That is the line that I follow.
I don't have her birth date. Only 1889-1890 born in Buccheri but I have ordered the records from Buccheri and when I get them I will look for the exact date. I do have other information on the sister, brothers and parents if you would like it.

I obtained me citizenship through Newark in 2010 and yes that is definitely my great grandmother....I actually have all birth records of the entire family, including dates of death, who immigrated to the US, marriage records, etc. I can def help you with that information. Paolo and Maria married in 1909 in Lawrence, MA (these are my great grandparents.). I followed Paolo to my grandfather Joseph/Guiseppe to my father Paul and ultimately to me. Let's chat, I have a bunch of information regarding Maddelena's brothers and sisters, and have all of their records from Buccheri!! Amazing small world.

Fyi: Sebastiana was born MAY 3, 1904. She married in Buccheri on March 17, 1920 and immigrated to Boston, MA in 1967 where she took on US citizenship through the Italian Consulate in Boston.

My great gma is Maria Maddalena Disanto, her siblings:
Grazia Disanto- born 1882, married in 1900, and died in 1965.
Francesco - born 1886.
Vito- born 1892
Giuseppe- born 1895
Biagio- born 1897, married in Buccheri 1920 to Gaeta Occhipinti
Paola Francesca- born 1899, married 1921 to Paolo, died 1967
Sebastiana- born 1904, married to francesco di paola 1920, no death date record

I also have Rosario Disanto and Vita Brullo marriage record. Married 9-13-1881 in Buccheri. Rosarios parents names were Grazia Corso and Gaetano Disanto. Vita Brullos parents were Rosario Brullo and Carmela Salerno.
