I am researching my grandfather, Joseph Guarino. Born 25 Jun 1896 in Sicily Italy. Died 11 Aug 1951 in Brooklyn NY. Married Jeanette Pendleton late 1920's.

Found 1920 US Census, father Peter Guarino.

Giuseppe Guarino Baptism Record in Latin from Family Search site, Italian Church records, province of Palermo, city of Bisacquino, church of San Giovanni Battista. It's a bit of a challenge locating actual records but I found Giuseppe's fairly quickly since I knew his birthdate.

Vincenza's Baptism Record which verifies father's name as Ignazio and mother is Francesca Guarino. Date 28 May 1862.

Could Rosalia's surname be Russotto?

That's it, maestra. The first letter is an R same as the R in Rosalia although it looks like a P.
In checking the indexes, I did see the surname Russotto.
