need a little help finding a arrival record please

Found this 1900 US Census for Antoni Regula, age 20, living in Chicopee, MA as a boarder, single, working as a "bobbin boy"
He lists his arrival as 1900.
Since the Census for that year was done in June, my guess would be that he arrived between January and June...

thank you i have been working on this for 2 days straight my eyes cant read anymore records . lol thank you so much i cant find a arrival record for either one of them its really weird. i have the marriage but thats it no record strange. thank you again for all of your help
