Marty -- thank you for your response. My great grandparent's names were Nick and Margaret Gangone, and Pietro DeVita and Barbarino Cappazolo DeVita (DeVito?). They did not emigrate to the U.S. My grandparent's name were Antonio Joseph and Teresa DeVita Gangone. He came to the U.S. first, and then my grandmother came later with her children Margaret and Carmen in the early 1900's.

My grandfather Pietro Capozzoli came to the US around 1890 and settled in Roseto[Bangor area], Pennsylvania. He made many trips back & forth to bring other families to the US-Basso, DeLuca, Joella, Casciano and Angelini from Corleto Monforte. We changed the spelling to Capozzolo or Capozzola.

Thanks everyone! I was surprised to see so many replies. I guess I wasn't very clear about what I'm trying to find. I have most of the information on Gangones and DeVitas after they arrived in the U.S., mostly from the Ellis Island website. Ancestry.com, and some personal documents that my father kept. They settled in Carnegie, PA. What I'm trying to do is to find anyone in Corleto who might be family, and also records of marriages and births etc. in Italy. But I appreciate all the help. Marty, thanks for the web sites. Dan -- we may be related, but I have no information on Capozzola except for my great grandmother Barbarinia, and all I have is her name.
