The second document is the record produced in SMCV after the marriage info was communicated to that town from the other town. The date of the notation-May 30th-record No 16-is the correct date of the marriage in San Prisco
The last two lines of the second document have the date of May 30th and number 16 for the act as well. The June 10th date at the top is the date the record was created in SMCV from the info communicated from the other town.
Normally that type of document should be in Part II of the records for that year.
