Latin Baptism Record

I know this record is not very clear but can anyone read it? The index claims it to be the baptism of Petrus (pietro) Briganti. The parents should be Gasparo and Vincenza Briganti but there are a lot more words than the standard record. Did something strange happen?

Il giorno 14 dello stesso (mese ed anno)
Io ... Calabrò(?) coadiutore, battezzai in casa, per pericolo di morte, Pietro e Giovanni, nati uniti e contemporaneamente con un unico parto (gemelli siamesi???), da Vincenza moglie di Gaspare Briganti, coniugi (ripetizione inutile!). Nati oggi alle ore 18 circa.

Grazie come sempre. Sapevo che c'era qualcosa non giusto di questo record. Gemelli siamese e` una roba interessante. Adesso devo cercare un record di morte. Sono sicuro che in 1694 non sapevanno di separare.

Come ho pensato. Ho trovato un record di morto per 14 Dicembre 1694.
