Venturella family from Castelbuono

I am looking for Venturella's from the Castelbuono area of Palermo. My husbands grandfather was Dominic(born in 1881) and he married a Jennie Mazzola.We dont know if they were married in Italy or New York. He came to New york and lived here until his death in 1973. Any information would be greatly appreciated as I am running into a brick wall. We are planning a trip to Sicily and wanted to know if there are any relatives still there. Thanks

Regarding Venturella family in Castelbuono

As a result of my research on the Cusimano family of Castelbuono, I've come across a few Venturellas who mixed with a Cusimano lineage.

Antonio Cusimano 1854, son of (Santi Cusimano x Rosa Banno), married first wife Illuminata Venturella 1871-1891, daughter of (Michelangelo Venturella x Rosa Carabillo) in 1887; two children: Rosa 1888-1888 and Santi 1889-1890.

Same Antonio Cusimano married third wife Santa Venturella, daughter of (Sebastiano Venturella x Filippa ?? illegible??) in 1901; two children: Vincenzo 1904-1904 and Rosa 1908.

There is an extensive thread in this forum for Santi Cusimano x Rosa Banno.

I personally have not found a shared ancestor with any of the people listed above.
