Can someone assist me in reading about the birth of my family member. Any help would be great. Sorry that this is in 3 parts, I am new to Imageshack so if I am doing something wrong, please let me know.

The image is very blurry, but I'll tell you what it looks like to me
Dated 21 August 1865 (or 1895 - can't tell)
Birth act of Calogero Orazio Inguaggiato
Father: Giuseppe Inguaggiato, 44, a peasant farmer
Mother: Concetta Caprio (not sure of this spelling - hard to see), age 40
Child was born on the 21st, and presented on the same day.
Child was also baptized on the 21st.
Your first image contains names/ages/professions of witnesses.
