Finding information on ancestor Pricentino Fabrizzio

Hi i am trying to get italian citizenship and i need to get a birth certificate for a grandparent. His name was Pricentino Fabrizzio. I think he was from Naples and came to america in 1907 or 1909. Please help i really would like to get my citizenship as i would like to move to italy. Thank you for your help.

age 35 (so, probably born abt 1874)
arrived July 11th, 1909
town of origin: S. Angelo, province of Benevento
the town is probably S.Angelo a Cupolo; Benevento is in Campania region, the same as Naples.
Might this be him?

Thanks i think that the information posted was the person i was looking for. How would i go about getting a birth or death certificate sent to me? And does anyone know how long it takes to become a citizen once i do receive those documents? The ellis island page helped and so did the other info posted up. Thank you so far everyone.
