Mascarella Family of Alia, Palermo, Sicily

I am looking for information on the Mascarella Family. My great granparents came over from Alia in 1896 to New Orleans. Giuseppe (Joe) Mascarella was married to Frances Totaro. His father was Girolamo Mascarella and his wife was Anna Lucia DiMarco. I have more generations back if needed.

I also would like it if anyone can tell me where to get the Birth and Marriage certificates from Alia.
