Help translating another baptismal record

Year 1881, March 12th
I, priest Giovanni Governati, by licence of the very reverend Dean, baptized a child born yesterday at 7:30 p.m, son of Antonino Mancuso, and Rosaria Buccheri, spouses from this town, to whom I gave name Antonino. Godmather was Carmela Scalisi wife of Antonino Monleone (?) spouses from this town.

Thanks, Lucap, but I can't read Italian and I am not sure what you are trying to say. The reason I am so interested in this baptism is because it could be my grandmother if the child that was baptized was a girl. If it is really a boy, then it is my great uncle. I am just really trying to find out if the child was a boy or a girl. Any inpur on this translation would be appreciated.

I understand what you mean...it actually seems "Antonina" rather than "Antonino", even if it is not so evident to me. I ran straight towards the "male" option because I read "natum" rather than "natam", so I did not pay attention to the name. I am not an expert of Latin, but I think "infans" can be as well masculine as feminine, so the adjective should be "tuned" to the noun; anyway, that can just be a mistake. Moreover, there's one more fact that leads to the "female" option, that is, there's a godmother rather then a godfather, and that is more usual for female children.
