We'll have to narrow down the exact place of birth. Palermo is a city AND a Province with many towns and villages.

Can you provide a few more details?
Lorenzo (the elder) - what was his wife's name?
Where did they live in US?
About when was he born?
Approx. year of immigration?

I just noticed that from the 1910 census for the Sabatinos in Louisiana we can see that it was a second marriage for both of them:

in fact, Josephine stated that she was mother of 6 children among whom 5 livings...

Just a new clue...

Thank you for the information on Sabatino family. Interesting regarding previous marriages. I know that Josephine remarried after Lorenzo died, but no idea she had other children. We only knew about Lorenzo, Marion, and Paulina, she was my grandmother and I was named after her. She died at 24.

I need one more item of information. The death date of Josephine Liosio, remarried Matteo Liosio after Lorenzo's death. She lived in Tangipahoa Parish in Louisiana. Thanks again for the help, I have tried to find this information for quite a while.
