I have translated the whole record except for one of the words, and it may be an important one since it follows "nato ...", so it's either the name of a town or something else. please take a look at the picture below and help me figure this out. thanks a lot.
"nato ___________, e qui domiciliato..."
this is a record from the town of San Giovanni in Marignano (near Cattolica)
what is this one word? (birth record) please help

What you are missing is the birth place.
My guess is "nato a Fiorenzuola, e qui domiciliato..." ("born in Fiorenzuola and domiciled there"), and I believe it refers to Fiorenzuola di Focara a little village belonging to the municipality of Pesaro, about 8 miles from San Giovanni in Marignano

If you post the entire document I can try to compare the handwriting all over it.

Thanks. I'm 99% sure that the name written is Firenzuola and I still believe that it refers to Fiorenzuola di Focara
P.S. Did you decipher the two annotations on the left side?
