Family Certificate

My grandfather was born in Gerace Superiore Italy in 1893. He emigrated to the United States in 1912 and his brother followed him in 1913. I am trying to get the family certificate from Locri and have written them twice and have not received a response. I got an email from Gerace last year confirming that my grandfather, Domenico Valente, was born there in 1893. I don't know why I did not get a response from Locri. Can someone advise about how I can get the family certificate from Locri.
