Marriage translation

Post by GaryGene »

I need help translating this marriage picture record #52. I think I have Pasquale Amato married Maria Giuseppe Papa in May. I not sure if I am correct. I'm also seeing Maria Rosa. I can use some help with age, parent’s name occupation etc.
Thanks
Gary

I was also wondering about the side note in the right-hand column. Is there any useful information there?

Thanks

It looks like it reads:
On the 3 day of June 1890 (No. 227)
A note was made of the marriage in Santa Maria Capua Vetere...

So I guess that is meant where they got married?
I don't understand no.227. The record # is 52.

Thanks!

They got married in Maddaloni.
The side note states that on June 3 1890 a notification (#227) of the marriage was sent to the King Attorney in Santa Maria Capua Vetere.
