In italiano:

Libro dei defunti
della chiesa parrocchiale
della Beata Maria Vergine
Assunta in Cielo
del luogo di Forni a Ripari (???)
a iniziare dall'anno del Signore
1801

(Mi dici tu qual è il nome esatto del paese?)

Forno Canavese was called Forno di Rivara until 1926. The ancient, Latin, name was Furnus Ripariae
