This is a certificate issued Feb 5 1852 where the priest Domenico di Benededetto declares that he found in the book of the deaths the record:
"In the year 1797, Dec 31, died Antonio La Sala husband of Antonina Randazzo"
Document to be used for a marriage

Livio, Thanks so much for the translation, which reveals an additional name of the wife. Given this is issued by a priest there must be a church, does it state the name of a church? I see the town of Montevago mentioned which seems appropriate based upon the ancestors I am researching. Grazie!

The name of the Church is not there, however from a quick search it appears that there is only one church in Montevago:
Ss. Pietro e Paolo
PIAZZA DUOMO, 6
92010 Montevago (AG)
Tel. (+39)092538888
