I'm reviewing an 1819 death record for Restituta di Massimo. Her mother's first name is Domenica, but I'm unsure of the last name. It looks like it begins with an 'S' or 'J', but my interpretation of the name doesn't seem very Italian (and I didn't find my guesses in the Italian white pages). I'd appreciate any thoughts. Thanks!

Help Deciphering Maiden Name
Re: Help Deciphering Maiden Name
I have one more that I'd like to throw out for review. This is the 1809 death record for Rosa di Giorgio. I'm unable to decipher her father's name (see the link below).
Also, I noticed that the text on the template references her living in "Universita". Does anyone know the meaning behind the usage of the word in this context? I know 1809 is the first year of civil record keeping in Boiano, so I'm wondering if this is a template that was used by universities and was borrowed by the local town government until their own template could be developed the following year (the template changes in 1810).
