Having difficulty finding any immigration records
Re: Having difficulty finding any immigration records
Checking with an elderly aunt to see if the name Ragosta means anything, I never heard of it. On grandparents wedding certificate and census records there is no mention of previous marriages on either side. This is getting weirder by the minute.

Children's first names and ages correct per 1930 census.
Pasqua(lina)'s yob correct; maiden name almost exact.
Town correct.

Perhaps it's the correct Pasqualina and children. Maybe the Giuseppe Ragosta that they were traveling with was not related. The children could have been incorrectly listed with his surname...

Re: Having difficulty finding any immigration records
I really don't know if this will help, but I remember my grandmother telling me that when she arrived she and the kids were detained at Ellis Island due to illness aboard the ship.
Re: Having difficulty finding any immigration records
Thank you all so much for helping me, I have been looking for so long to find this record and you did it in no time. Thanks again. The Ragosta's were friends of the families. One more request, can you find my grandfathers entry into the US, he showed up year before she did by himself. I had no luck with that one either. Thank you again
Re: Having difficulty finding any immigration records
Quick question please, does it mean that Pasqualina did not sail on the above mentioned ship? Sorry for the confusion.
