Looking for family of Rosenstein

I am trying to trace my Great great grandmothers family but have hit a dead end. She was of Italian descent but born in Egypt. Her name was Regina Rosenstein born around 1865. she had sisters also born in Egypt. Any help would eb greatly appreciated.
