Help with Birth Certificate Translation

Can anyone help with the translation of a birth certificate? I think it is for my great great grandmother Giovannina Maria. It is the last (bottom, right) document on the page. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.

Raffaele appeared on the 18th, the birth was on the 17th at 2 AM...
Mother was Maria Giuseppa Conte daughter of deceased Giovanni
