if someone could please tell me in both italian and english what is written where the mother's name is usually recorded. i'm figuring the parents were not married at the time of birth. i have the last part but cannot make out the handwriting of the first part.

Basically saying the child was born to a woman, not married, not a relative, who refuses recognition.
