D'Ambrosios in Montreal

My grandfather, Sylvestro D'Ambrosio arrived via Ellis Island age 1 in 1906. His father was Pasquale D'Ambrosio and his mother was Felicetta Caressa. There were at least 9 more children.
Pasquale arrived in Montreal in 1904 but I'm trying to find out where in Italy they come from so that I can search back farther. I believe they came from Bari just prior to coming to Canada but I'd love to know the actual place of birth. Any info is appreciated.
