De Ingeniis from San Tommaso, Caramanico

Post by dinoconte »

My Great, Great Grandfather Giacinto De Ingeniis married Filomena Ricci around 1830-1850 in San Tommaso.
Apparently they had 18 girls all with the first name Maria & different middle names; eg. Carmina, Concetta, Carmella, Pia, etc.
One of their daughters, Maria Carmina De Ingeniis married my Great Grandfather Giovanni Conte on the 6 November 1890 in San Tommaso.
Their 19th & last child was a boy named Angelo who was born on 15 June 1884 & died 9 October 1963.
Angelo married Concettina De Ingeniis (same surname) born 16 July 1883 & died 25 Sep 1973.
I am extremely curious as to whether this amount of children is correct ?
Please respond if you know of this family.
Kind Regards,
Dino Conte.
