I found Giacomo Antista's death record. I believe he is a great-uncle to my husband. Please translate as much as possible. I am looking for date of death, parents (should be Giuseppe Antista and Anna Valenza), an address in Geraci Siculo and approximate age of Giacomo.

The death occurred on the 18th at 4 PM, at the place at Via Bistorta(?) #12
Giacomo Antista was 48, a shepherd; born and residing in Geraci Siculo
He was the son of deceased Giuseppe and of deceased Anna Valenza
He was the husband of Maria Giuseppa Callari.
